I spend the time to calculate materials and take in account possible delays and extras and go over certain conditions with customers that would delay the type of work needing done.

HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?

There will be some jobs that I can't handle quite yet and I'm not afraid to admit that and will let you know instead of getting started and not being able to finish.
